  1. SMS sending features require A2P 10DLC carrier registration per FCC rules. Activation typically takes 2–4 weeks after signup. Inbound voice and appointment booking work immediately after setup. Outbound voice AI requires documented opt-in consent per federal and state rules.
  2. HIPAA / PHI handling is available on the Enterprise tier with a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and HIPAA mode activated on your account. Coverage applies to the AnswerEveryone-managed workflow; third-party tools, voice providers, or channels you connect to your account may require their own BAA — we'll flag those during onboarding.

  • Your subscription covers the platform and the AI Voice usage included in your tier. Communications — SMS, MMS, phone calls, and email sends — run on a prepaid wallet you fund with a card on file. Usage draws down from that balance; keep it topped up to avoid service interruptions. AI Voice usage beyond your tier's included allotment is billed per minute at rates that depend on your plan and agent configuration. Volume terms negotiable on Enterprise.
  • Current usage rates (subject to change): SMS ~$0.0332/segment · outbound calls ~$0.056/min · inbound calls ~$0.034/min · email ~$2.70 per 1,000 sends · AI Voice ~$0.52/min (actual rates vary based on your agent's configuration — LLM, voice provider, prompt size, and conversational density; see your dashboard for live per-agent pricing). SMS and call costs also vary by message length, carrier fees, and destination country.
  • Trial: 14 days from signup. Cancel anytime during the trial. Plan price covers AI enablement; phone usage and add-ons are billed separately.
  • Sales tax added where applicable. All prices in USD. We may update pricing with 30 days' written notice; any committed-term rate you've locked in is honored through the end of that term.
  • AnswerEveryone runs on GoHighLevel's platform and third-party AI voice and language model providers. Platform availability, AI voice quality, response latency, supported languages, and third-party integrations depend on these providers.

No. We only support outbound voice / SMS to contacts who have given documented consent. This protects you from TCPA litigation and protects callers from spam.
Yes — cancel anytime through your dashboard or by emailing us. We don't charge cancellation fees. If you cancel during a paid term, your service stays active through the end of that term; we don't offer prorated refunds on partial months or unused committed-term time. Trial cancellations before day 15 incur no plan charge.
Your CRM, contacts, call recordings, and SMS history are stored on enterprise infrastructure with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS in transit.
